Roaster notes

Red Brick is a seasonal espresso blend from Costa Rica's Tarrazú region, combining coffees from Chacayá and Puente Tarrazú in equal parts. As the crops change throughout the year, so do the components of this blend, highlighting harvest cycles and celebrating the seasonality of coffee. The roasters have combined the great fruit qualities from each component to allow the sweetness to shine through in every cup.
