From the green hills of Campo das Vertentes in Minas Gerais comes this microlot from Fazenda Samambaia, where the Cambraia family has cultivated coffee for over a century. The beans undergo an in-peel fermentation process, resting within dried fruit layers before hulling to enhance sweetness and structure. In the cup, expect notes of macadamia, caramel, and chocolate with a soft body and balanced, lingering finish.
