Indonesia Ribang Gayo Natural
Roaster notes
This coffee comes from the Ribang Gayo Musara Cooperative in Pantan Musara, Aceh, Sumatra, where farmers grow P88 and Ateng varieties at 1,600-1,700 meters altitude. The natural process involves carefully laying ripe cherries to dry with their fruit pulp intact under the sun, allowing beans to absorb flavors from the surrounding fruit. This method creates a distinctive cup characterized by rich, fruity notes of strawberry yoghurt, gooseberry, and dill.
