This Gesha from Finca Las Marias in Pijao, Quindio was discovered by producer Jose Giraldo on land abandoned for over twenty years, where he found promising old Typica trees and later planted Geisha seeds from Panama. The coffee undergoes a meticulous double-washed process with two rounds of anaerobic fermentation before drying on raised beds, resulting in sweet notes of candied lemon alongside floral aromas of orange blossom and jasmine.
