Rare Groove is like a subgenre off the mainstream—the B-side of a classic espresso blend. This dark roast combines coffee from Ethiopia, Colombia, and India, sourcing lots from producers known for fruit-forward coffees but roasting them darker than usual. Where acid would otherwise set the tone, warm and smoky notes round out the flavor spectrum, creating a chocolatey, creamy cup with just enough funk for espresso lovers who want something different.
