A clean, sweet Colombian decaf from the Santa Maria community in Huila, crafted by 25 smallholder producers. This lot brings together Caturra, Pink Bourbon, Castillo, and Colombia varieties grown at high elevation. The sugarcane process removes caffeine using a naturally derived compound from fermented sugarcane, keeping the cup clean and flavourful without the flat or papery feeling decaf can sometimes have.
