Altieri Pre-dry Natural Geisha DFC

Roaster notes

This pre-dry natural Geisha comes from the Altieri farm in Boquete, Panama, grown at approximately 1800 meters on volcanic soil adjacent to Volcan Baru national park. The cherries underwent initial drying on African beds for four days followed by two days of fermentation in Grain Pro bags, then slow-dried for thirty-five days. This method intensifies tropical fruit flavors while ensuring a clean finish.
