This coffee comes from APPAECE (Asociación de Pequenos Productores Agrícolas "Entre Cerros"), a cooperative of smallholder farmers growing on the slopes of the Los Andes mountain range in Guatemala's San Marcos department. At 1900 meters altitude, their washed Caturra produces what they consider one of the finest coffees—a claim we can only agree with. The cup offers bright orange blossom aromatics alongside rich dark chocolate notes, reflecting the care and high-altitude terroir of this Guatemalan origin.
