Fazenda Sertao has cultivated coffee for over a century, with the Pereira family guiding the farm through modern changes since 1949. The estate supports thirty-four families by providing housing, healthcare, and education while maintaining sustainable agricultural practices. Coffee is grown exclusively on high-altitude slopes protected from frost and shaded areas that ensure consistent sunlight for optimal fruit development.
