This medium roast decaf hails from the Cauca region of Colombia, offering a full, chocolate-like body in every cup. The coffee has been carefully decaffeinated using the EA Sugarcane process, where ethyl acetate naturally binds to and removes caffeine before steaming. A washed processing method preserves the clean, rich character that defines this Colombian selection.
