Sanctuary Blend has been Brighton's favourite coffee since 2000, a carefully crafted blend of single estate Central and South American coffees delivering a smooth, easy-drinking cup. This medium roast features rich notes of milk chocolate, praline, and caramel, with the current composition drawing from three Brazilian producers in Minas Gerais. The roaster has maintained this consistent flavour profile for over two decades, creating an all-rounder that remains reliable year after year.
