This coffee comes from Finca El Recreo, where third-generation producer Alirio Rodriguez has been crafting coffee for more than 30 years. At just 15 years old, he purchased the farm that now produces this Castillo variety processed using anaerobic natural methods. In 2018, Alirio transitioned to specialty coffee production alongside his adult children, driven by a desire to improve quality and achieve sustainable prices for his work.
