This green coffee comes from a group of smallholder farmers in Mexico's El Zapoteco region that we've worked with for five years. It delivers a smooth, light-to-mild body with good sweetness and subtle fruit notes, alongside milk chocolate and pecan flavors. A great example of Mexican origin coffee, it makes an excellent all-day drinker perfect for home roasting.
