Colombia El Carmen Green

Roaster notes

This green coffee comes from the Red Association El Carmen Group in Pitalito, Colombia, where 300 families cultivate 660 hectares of land with a shared goal to improve their annual income and coffee quality. Through partnership with Raw Materials, who handle drying and finance for the farmers, this project provides a sustainable supply chain and access to the specialty coffee market. The unroasted beans are suitable for home roasting.
