This coffee comes from Kalsada, a social enterprise supporting Filipino producers in Benguet's Cordillera mountains on Luzon island. The washed process highlights bright calamansi (Philippine lemon) and green apple notes alongside milk chocolate, with a crisp yet silky mouthfeel. Grown at high elevation near natural springs, this lot represents the collaborative work of over 72 farmers bringing their cherries to the community mill in Belis.
