Gakuyuini AA

Roaster notes

Sourced from Kenya’s Kirinyaga region, this coffee is cultivated by dedicated smallholder farmers within the Thirikwa Farmers' Cooperative Society. Harvested during the fly crop season and carefully hand-sorted, each cherry undergoes a slow drying process to highlight its vibrant character. The result is a clean, juicy cup defined by bright red currant acidity, refreshing pomelo citrus, and deep sweetness rounded out by black tea undertones.
