This Brazil Santos Yellow Bourbon coffee is matured in rare European oak casks that previously held Oloroso sherry and Laphroaig whisky, imparting a signature character of Islay peat smoke without any artificial additives. The cup delivers rich smoke and deep peat upfront, followed by layers of vanilla, dried fruit, and sherry sweetness, while the natural Brazil base provides structure with notes of toasted hazelnut, cocoa, and dark chocolate.
