Roaster notes

This fairtrade and organic certified coffee comes from Kundwa Women's Farmer Group, a women-only cooperative operating under Abateraninkunga Ba Sholi Co-operative in central Rwanda. The cup delivers bright lemon acidity alongside sweet prune and melon notes, reflecting the high-altitude terroir where 610 smallholder farmers grow their Bourbon varietal at elevations between 1,800 and 2,000 meters above sea level.
