This coffee comes from Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza in the Mogiana region of São Paulo, Brazil, grown at elevations between 1,200 and 1,350 meters above sea level. The Catuai variety is processed using an anaerobic natural method, a technique that ferments the cherries in oxygen-limited conditions to develop unique characteristics.
