Benjamin Tunubalá continues a coffee-growing legacy in Mesopotamia, Inzá, begun by his grandfather Pedro among the region's early pioneers. His Pink Bourbon grows at La Aragona—a three-hectare varietal project perched at 1,850 meters—where volcanic soils and high elevation work together to create exceptional clarity and complexity in every cup.
