This Maceration Natural processed coffee comes from Finca Nazareth in the Apaneca region of El Salvador, where farmer Andres Acosta cultivates Pacamara, Bourbon, Yellow Caturra, and SL-34 varieties across multiple plots. This particular lot hails from the Bavaria plot and delivers a full, spicy cup with distinctive marzipan notes—a true flavor bomb that has previously served as Nordkapp's Christmas coffee. Light to medium roasted just past first crack at 204°C, it preserves its inherent character while offering balanced complexity for both filter brewing and espresso preparation.
