This Colombian decaf from the Huila region showcases the Castillo variety, carefully processed through the natural Sugarcane method at the Trilladora Hulcafé facility. Expect a silky-smooth, creamy body with the fresh fruitiness of orange, beautifully balanced with notes of caramelized nuts and a subtle sweetness. Thanks to the careful decaffeination process, this coffee is low in bitterness while maintaining refined acidity and an SCA score of 85.5.
