This Argote Mezcla is a specialty blend from Colombia, combining coffees from six local farmers—Jesus Ceron, Maria Argote, Ascencio Munoz, Gerardo Munoz, Benedo Lopez, and Jesus Alberto Ceron—who all produce beans with complementary chocolate and dried fruit flavors alongside a citrus finish. Processed anaerobically through controlled fermentation in water-filled tanks, the coffee develops a deep, full-bodied character reminiscent of exotic starfruit while maintaining spicy undertones. The medium roast preserves these nuanced layers, making it an ideal choice for espresso enthusiasts seeking complexity and balance.
