This washed Arabica blend unites microlots from smallholder farmers in the Sierra Mazateca mountains of Oaxaca, Mexico. Grown at high altitudes between 1680 and 1850 meters above sea level, these coffees reflect the region’s rich cultural heritage and challenging terrain. The light roast highlights the complex character developed by cool temperatures and misty conditions in this remote indigenous area.
