This coffee is a blend of 37 individual microlots from smallholder farmers located in the municipality of San Mateo Yoloxochitlan, on the Sierra Mazateca mountains in Oaxaca at an altitude between 1680-1850 MASL. The washed Arabica lot features Typica, Mundo Novo, and Bourbon varieties grown by indigenous families who have cultivated coffee for generations. Sourced through Red Beetle Coffee Lab and Raw Material, this light roast highlights the unique terroir of one of Mexico's most remote growing regions.
