Capri-Sun is a natural anaerobic coffee from Rwanda’s Lake Kivu region, cultivated by fourth-generation farmer Jean Paul at Liza Washing Station. Grown between 1,550 and 1,900 meters above sea level, the cherries undergo a meticulous drying process that yields a cup bursting with tropical fruit character. The profile is defined by high sweetness and juiciness, offering distinct notes of mango, mandarin, and vanilla alongside a subtle funky complexity.
