This Brazilian coffee comes from Terra de São Francisco, a 200-hectare farm with 42 hectares dedicated to coffee production. The estate grows multiple varietals including Arara, Paraiso, Yellow Catuaí, Yellow Catucaí, Red Mondo Novo and Red Acaya, with all production certified organic. Processed using the washed method, this lot showcases the diverse genetic heritage of Brazilian coffee growing.
