Fazenda Santa Inês is one of the original Carmo Coffee farms. Carmo Coffee (established by cousins Jacques Carneiro and Luis Paulo Dias Pereira Filho to market their extended family’s farms) is the exporter we have worked with for many years now in Brazil. They are known for their innovation in micro-lots and processing, as well as their continued respect for traditional varietals and methods. Francisco Isidro Dias Pereira and farm manager Rubio Junqueira continue their programme of improvement on the farm, working with pruning schedules and harvesting protocols.
