We have been decaffeinating coffee from Finca La Bolsa for five years now and selecting a lot to send for decaffeination in Mexico has become part of our buying process each year in Guatemala. One of the benefits of using coffee from the same farm has been we have been able to finetune our selection process with decaffeination in mind.
