Roaster notes

This is the fourth year we have selected coffee from Fazenda IP for decaffeination. We buy the coffee during our summer tasting of the new crop from Brazil every year. We select the coffee based on its body, balance, and full chocolate flavour. Through the decaffeination process this flavour profile transforms into a malt-based flavour profile. This is our current selection for our decaf Repeat or Prepaid Subscriptions.
