Gititu AA
Roaster notes
This Kenyan single-origin from Nyeri's Tetu District comes via Gititu Factory, where over 2,000 smallholder farmers deliver hand-picked cherries grown at 1,600–1,650 meters on the fertile central highlands. Processed using a fully washed protocol with fermentation followed by raised bed drying, this light roast delivers an intense yet balanced cup: sweet red currant meets fine tea-like notes reminiscent of Rooibos, alongside juicy fruitiness with a hint of kiwi—a precise and lively filter coffee that showcases Kenya's clarity and structure.
