This decaffeinated coffee from Guatemala is processed using the CO2 method, preserving the natural character of the beans. Sourced as SHB (Strictly High Grown) from volcanic mountainous regions, this washed Arabica comes from small to medium producers working at high altitudes. The blend features Caturra, Pacas, Catuai, and Bourbon varieties grown in Guatemala's distinctive highland terrain.
