Mellow Decaf

Roaster notes

This Mellow Decaf brings together coffee from smallholder farmers across Colombia's Cauca, Tolima, Antioquia and Eje Cafetero regions. Grown at altitudes ranging from 1,400 to 2,100 meters above sea level, the beans are fully washed and fermented before being decaffeinated using a special process with fermented sugar cane.
