Roaster notes

Sourced from the Kagumoini Washing Station in Kenya’s Muranga County, this coffee is cultivated by a cooperative serving over 1,300 smallholder farmers. The cherries are fully washed and fermented overnight before being dried on raised beds to preserve clarity. Grown at approximately 1,750 meters above sea level, the lot features resilient varietals thriving in deep volcanic soil.
