Roaster notes

Finca San Antonio sits in the fertile mountains of Central Guatemala, where coffee grows peacefully under a diverse canopy of native shade trees across 91.5 hectares. Since 1992, the farm has practiced organic cultivation without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, producing its own compost through vermiculture and coffee byproducts. Every aspect of farming is carried out by hand with meticulous attention to detail.
