Roaster notes

This coffee comes from Ngerwe Coffee Factory, located in Kibugu Village within Embu County, Kenya. The factory is affiliated with the Kibugu Cooperative Society union alongside several neighboring communities. Cherries are processed using the washed method typical of Kenyan coffees, featuring double fermentation before being dried on tables for 8 to 14 days.
