Jairo Arcila is a third-generation grower from Quindío who has cultivated coffee for over four decades, expanding his holdings to support local communities. This decaffeinated lot features Castillo beans that are hand-picked and sun-dried on raised beds before undergoing a unique sugar cane water process designed to preserve natural sweetness. The result is a clean cup that highlights the distinct regional character of this Colombian microlot.
