This rare coffee from Wonosalam, East Java is produced by Mas Edy and around 30 farming families using an anaerobic natural process. Brew it as a filter to discover notes of ripe orange and honey with a lingering sweetness, or add milk for a creamy, spiced cup reminiscent of Thai iced tea. Naturally lower in caffeine than Arabica, this Liberica coffee is wonderfully sweet and smooth with low acidity.
