Sourced from Finca Las Palmas in Huila, Colombia, this Bourbon Aji coffee is cultivated by Abelardo Alvear at an altitude of 1840 masl. The cherries undergo a meticulous process involving anaerobic fermentation followed by patio drying for about 21 days. This careful handling yields a juicy cup with vibrant aromas of tropical fruits and distinct notes of kiwi, berry-like flavors, and a lingering dried mango aftertaste.
