This is the final edition of a bespoke line from Finca El Paraiso, specifically tailored for Manhattan Coffee Roasters and named after Diego's son, Samuel Jr. The Caturra Chiroso variety developed through genetic mutations in Colombia's high-altitude mountains, creating a coffee with increased monoterpenes that yield a pronounced flavor profile. Expect notes of star anise, dark fudge, and verbena from this Cauca-grown single origin processed anaerobically at 1960 masl.
