This Los Patios coffee was sourced via The Coffee Quest and developed by their R&D team with an aim to elevate Castillo's traditional and robust profile, complementing it with a watermelon fruity punch. The coffee is fermented with watermelon concentrate for two days, then drained and dried in mechanical silos for 8 days straight where it is monitored and rotated constantly to ensure even drying.
