This Natural Pacamara from Fredy Orantes at Buena Vista farm in Fraijanes, Guatemala is grown at 1870 meters above sea level. After careful selection of only ripe cherries and approximately 48 hours of fermentation, the coffee dries on raised beds for 25-30 days with frequent turning to ensure even drying. The cup delivers pineapple, elderflower and guava flavors with a juicy mouthfeel.
