Roaster notes

This Mexican decaffeinated coffee offers a round, smooth cup with cocoa notes. The beans are decaffeinated using a natural water and CO2 process applied to green beans before roasting, preserving maximum aroma and complexity without any harmful chemicals. A medium roast brings out the chocolatey character of this organic single-origin selection from Mexico's high-altitude growing regions at 1400-1700 meters.
