This single-origin coffee hails from the Kivu region of Congo, produced by the Muungano cooperative known for their fully washed processing method. The Bourbon variety delivers an incredibly complex flavor palette where fresh citrus and rhubarb notes come together with a subtle spiciness. At the central wash station, the cooperative handles fermentation, washing, and drying to ensure consistent top quality in every cup.
