The volcanic soils around Huila, enriched over millennia by the Nevado de Huila volcano, create ideal growing conditions that yield a cup with fine acidity, balanced body, and full sweetness. Notes of crunchy caramelized sugar, honeydew melon, and chocolate unfold in each sip.
