This Maalwerk Instant Colombia is a freeze-dried instant coffee made from 100% Arabica beans grown at 1200-1450 meters altitude. The medium roast delivers an aromatic, mild cup with fresh fruity notes and a perfectly balanced character. Hand-picked between January and June, this slow-roasted coffee works well in fully automatic machines for espresso, lungo, cappuccino, or regular coffee preparation.
