The Rancho Dantas farm is located on the heights of Espirito Santo do Pinhal, at the border of Minas Gerais. Coffees are grown there between 600 and 1300 meters altitude, mainly in Catuai variety, within an environment favorable to quality production. Engaged in the Bob-o-Link project, the farm has evolved its practices to improve soil health and cup quality. In the cup, this coffee offers sweet notes, with a gentle blend of raisins and dates.
