Sourced from the central Andes of Tolima, this organic and Fairtrade certified Arabica coffee reflects a region emerging from conflict to focus on quality production. The cooperative supports over fifty-five farmers by improving infrastructure and offering training in harvesting, processing, and business management to create sustainable opportunities for young people. Cherries are hand-picked, pulped on-site, fermented, rinsed, and sun-dried to produce a clean cup with traditional floral and citrus characteristics.
