This fully washed coffee comes from a women's cooperative in Rwanda's Sake province, where local women purchased their own washing station to produce, cultivate, sort and export their beans independently. The combination of washed processing with natural sun drying brings out a pure Arabica Bourbon character with flavors of almond and caramel, offering an agreeable acidity and balanced body that makes this exceptional Rwandan coffee stand apart in any cup.
