It delivers a classic Colombian profile reminiscent of washed coffee, with caffeine removed using the natural Ethyl Acetate method—a process employing compounds derived from sugarcane fermentation that steams and soaks the beans to dissolve out caffeine while preserving the bean's inherent character.
