This single-origin coffee from Brazil's Coconde region features the Red Catuai variety grown at 1500 meters above sea level and processed using the natural method. The careful roasting approach—using a Probat 12kg drum with precise development timing—opens up vibrant red fruit notes in the cup. A 2024 crop offering the characteristic brightness and complexity of Brazilian naturals from this high-altitude growing area.
